About Rhonda
Rhonda made the move to Knoxville, Tennessee from Ocala, Florida with her husband, Eric, and daughter. Rhonda received her license in 2005 and received a Rookie of the Year award her first year as well as a Top Producer award. While maintaining a very successful real estate practice in Florida, she longed to be near the mountains and experience the four seasons. Rhonda has made a name for herself in Knoxville by networking extensively and doing business in an ethical manner. She will not compromise her license or her morals for anything.
Rhonda is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and is an Ambassador for the Farragut-West Knoxville Chamber of Commerce. She is active in her church and with her daughter's school, often acting as room parent.
Rhonda, while very familiar with West Knoxville, covers all of Knox County and into Blount, Loudon and Anderson. If there is an area that she is not familiar with she will refer the client to an agent in that area so that the client gets the best service possible. From her unique marketing ideas to her creative networking you will find that Rhonda tends to think "outside the box". If something is not working she will try something new and is not afraid to try new things.
Past clients have expressed their gratefulness to Rhonda's keen attention to detail and hard work and dedication in helping them with their real estate needs. “This past spring, we decided to purchase a rental property. Rhonda called us with just the perfect property, at the perfect price. She went the extra mile to get us into that house...she got us a contract, a fast closing and now we own it.” Barbara Gobeil
